As part of the broader Red Bull universe, Red Bull MOBILE (RBM) offers cell phone plans and access to the World of Red Bull to 2mn+ customers

We suggested RBM to seek a potential expansion into KSA

Our approach

Formed an experienced team to secure a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) license in 2021 and startup its operations

Developed the commercial & distribution strategy and value while coordinating with investor consortiums

Managed the implementation of the start-up and launch by aligning efforts and objectives from all areas (strategy, technical, commercial, HR, and regulatory)

Outcomes

Resulted in the successful launch of MVNO operations in the Saudi market in June 2022, attracting over 1 million subscribers and establishing KSA as the largest market for RBM
